Independent alt-rock band from the east of England. Strawberry Lace was formed in 2018 by Ryan Beynon on bass and vocals, Joe Bunton and Olly Crannis on guitars, and Will Pierpoint behind the kit.
2023 saw Strawberry Lace drop their long awaited debut album "Quadrafeline". A genre-bending deep dive into musical technicality, showing off Strawberry Lace's musical chops in full force.
The album took the band on their first UK tour in summer 2023, which was quickly followed by their second in Spring 2024.
When The Dog Bites is Strawberry Lace's first single since the album. An alt-rock anthem with funk flair, the single was released in Jan 2025 and also took the band to film their first music video, which you can find on Youtube. This was quickly followed by their second single 'Stop / Stare'. A nu-metal inspired track, this was a dive into new territory and genres for the band as they show once again how they can effortlessly twist their style into new sounds and break boundaries between genres.
2025 is a year to watch as Strawberry Lace embarks on their third UK Tour in April, and plans more releases and shows to be announced.
